Geooh gives you multiple ways to sort and filter the geocaches in a list. Press the Name column header to alternate between sorting in descending or ascending order. Do the same with the GC Code column. To filter, long-press on a column header and it will display a dialog so you can enter text used to filter its contents. Wild cards ('*') can be used in a filter search.
For example, let's say you want to see all the geocaches with the word "cemetery" in the name. Long-press the Name column and then enter "*cemetery*" in the filter. Selecting the Show radio button and pressing FILTER will then show only those caches that contain the word cemetery in them. If you leave out the wildcard * in either the front or back of the search words, it will find instances of names starting with or ending with cemetery respectively. If you want to hide geocaches with the search word or phrase, then select the Hide radio button.
Another want to sort and filter the list is by the geocache color bar and/or geocache icon type. Colors represent the difficulty rating and go from green (level 1) to red (level 5). There is a white square icon as a column header for the geocache color/icon. Pressing it will sort the list by color and icon type. Long-pressing the white square will show a filter dialog so you can select which colors or icons to show in the list.
When a column has been filtered a yellow dot will display next to the column heading to visually let you know it's filtered. Another nice thing about filters is that if you press the map button on the bottom bar it will show only those caches displayed in the filtered list. This is a powerful feature unique to Geooh!
And if you want to show less information in a list, swipe across one of the list headers. Doing so will remove that 'column' from the list to condense what is displayed. For example, if you don't care to see the geocache number, swipe the GC Code header and it will remove that line in a list row. A red line through the header will indicate that that column line has been hidden.
